Pasta da Bruno Italian Restaurant Marbella

The Pasta da Bruno restaurants are probably one of the most successful Italian restaurant groups in Marbella. Owned and managed by Bruno Filippone and his wife Giuseppina. The very first Pasta da Bruno Italian restaurant was opened in 1984 on Ricardo Soriano, the main high street running through Marbella. Since then four more Pasta da Bruno restaurants have opened with two more in Marbella, one in Cabopino and the most recent one opening in San Pedro de Alcantara.

There is certainly plenty of competition in Marbella when it comes to eating out. There are restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. The true test is longevity and having regular business all year round. While most restaurants in Marbella or on the Costa del Sol in general will most likely be busy during the peak summer months most see a significant drop in business during the winter period.

Pasta da Bruno Italian restaurants are very popular all year round with local residents and tourists alike. Their restaurants all share a common décor and always ensure high levels of service. They seem to have very little staff turnover which is always a good sign.

The menus are comprehensive and are presented in Spanish, French, German and Italian. You will find plenty of choice on the menu. Pasta da Bruno Italian restaurants serve authentic Italian food and wines. Whether you like fresh pasta, pizza, fish, steaks or vegetarian options you will not be disappointed. Their house wines are good and reasonably priced. I like the house white Verdejo which is priced at approximately 13 euros. The cream of tomato soup is well worth trying and very filling.

A three course meal for two including a bottle of wine will cost you around 60 euros. Having dined at Pasta da Bruno restaurants for a few years now I can say that I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of food. Dolceguide recommends Pasta da Bruno restaurants.
